Injustice Done by DSSSB Against Qualified Candidate- Librarian

In the the notification given today by DSSSB it is clear that they do not want candidates having computer certificates from a registered institute. Rather it seems that they have lowered the cutoff marks by almost 50%. it is ridiculous that instead of looking for candidates on the basis of merit they have resorted to an arbitrary way of calling for document verification once again with the purpose to reject them at the first level of verification.

It is nowhere mentioned about the quality of a registered computer institutes (which obtains registration through registered societies/ govt. bodies etc.) This is a clear injustice done by the board.

i request all selected candidates impacted by this move to please join this forum and appeal this matter to court.

Dear Ishi mam,

if institute is registered with a govt. body then its all courses would be called recognized courses by govt.

because at a time of registration its clear that what is motive of institute and which kind of courses will be running and every course would be recognised by a govt institute like university, NIELIT, open university, any other state govt. etc.

and if institute not registered with a govt. body then its not recognized course.

ese kese kar sakte hain ye log...injusttice hai..dekhte hain kuch nahi hua to case karenge sab

Yes this is the only option available to us

Dear Sir

I have 6 years experience from Delhi university library system. I was surprised  when DSSSB not consider my experience. Can any one tell me Experience of Delhi University is not enough or not consider by DSSSB.

Dear Sharad Ji,

What is your joining date and designation. please confirm you have 2 year experience before 20/03/2013.

if it is then you have to give representation to DOE.

My joining date is 02/01/07 to 13/06/14, and post is Library Attendant  sir

Every Six month one day break and continue my contract with University of Delhi. break like:- 02/jan/07 to 30/june/07, 01/07/07 is break than again 02/07/ to 31/dec/07 continue and 01/01/08 is again break,  as per govt. policy.

yes indeed all the people who have acquire the certificate must join hands and move to the court and take a stay on the Post so until a fair justice is not done till it should be kept reserved till the final verdict comes out

Dear Suraj Ji,

You are wright!

if someone have a recognized computer certificate must be go for document verification on 30-31st march. nobody can reject them and no need to go court.

but certificate should be recognized that's all..

if it is not then impossible to consider for appointment. no any court inter fare in qualification criteria because it is recruiter's part.

Hi all

This is something immature to have stay on the vacany...as because you are not selected sir. Pls check the legal documents of previous years. All such cases are rejected by the jurisdiction of court. I request you to have patience and let the group join . This is something ethical i would suggest...

Regards

exactly jyoti ji you are right.

I think you people need to see the recruitment notification where they have not defined "recognized or equivalent" here equivalent part is unclear.

(iii) Experience of two years in a Library/Computerization of a library or one year certificate in Computer application from a recognized institute or equivalent

Dear Bhardwaj sir,

please read above like this "computer application from a recognized institute/one year diploma in networking from a recognized institute/one year ITI computer programme from recognized institute/ one year diploma in computer hardware from a recognized institute etc.

equivalent word used for name of certificate not for recolonization.

means whichever name of certificate but should be recognized and equivalent above mentioned qualification.
