hi

Paper- III

Q.1 You are right. Option (2) i.e. Year following the death of creator is only the correct answer. CBSE declared wrong one i.e. Option (3).

I think option 3 is right answer not option 2. I have read this link http://deity.gov.in/content/copyright-0 according to this answer 3 is correct.

Thanks 4 ur guidence.

Dear sir,

  Plz see this site    http://www.rightsandmarks.org/expertice/copy-rights/

                             also

                             https://libraryscience4ugcnet.wordpress.com/

sir before net (UGC) exam right ans is 2

According to your first link please read below:

What is the term of protection of copyright ?

The general rule is that copyright lasts for 60 years. In the case of original literary, dramatic, musical and artistic works the 60 year period is counted from the year following the death of the author.

In the case of cinematograph films, sound recordings, photographs, posthumous publications, anonymous and pseudonymous publications, works of government and works of international organizations, the 60 year period is counted from the date of publication.

Please read ittalic bold font paragraph.

Paper-I

UGC NET J2012 P-I (W)

Q.33       Which of the following is not a renewable natural resource?

A)           Clean air                                               B)            Fertile soil

C)            Fresh water                                          D)           Salt        [UGC Final Answer]

CBSE NET D2014 P-I (Z)

Q.4         Which of the following is not a renewable natural resource?

A)           Clean air                                               B)            Fresh water

C)            Fertile soil                                           D)           Salt        [CBSE Final Answer]

CBSE NET J2015 P-I (A)

Q.52       Which of the following combinations present renewable natural resources?

                1)            Fertile soil, fresh water and natural gas          [Must be Right Answer]

                2)            Clean air, phosphates and biological diversity

                3)            Fishes, fertile soil and fresh water                  [CBSE Primary Answer]

                4)            Oil, forests and tides

Explanation:

As per UGC & CBSE first two questions clearly mandates that Clean air (Natural gas), Fresh water & Fertile soil are renewable natural sources. Then Option 1) must be the right answer of Q.52 (CBSE NET J2015).

Natural resources such as coal, petroleum (crude oil) and natural gas take thousands of years to form naturally and cannot be replaced as fast as they are being consumed.

So, Natural gas may not be renewable natural resource.

The natural environment, with soil, water, forests, plants and animals are all renewable resources, as long as they are adequately monitored, protected and conserved. Sustainable agriculture is the cultivation of plant and animal materials in a manner that preserves plant and animal ecosystems over the long term. The overfishing of the oceans is one example of where an industry practice or method can threaten an ecosystem, endanger species and possibly even determine whether or not a fishery is sustainable for use by humans. An unregulated industry practice or method can lead to a complete resource depletion.

It's tremendous Challenge to CBSC becuase Basically not expert CBSC in Library and information science subject...

Can someone tell me when CBSC will announce the JUNE 2015 NET results????

October, 2015 se pahle, yadi CBSE ke mood mai aaya to. Nahi to pata nahi......

kindly let me know the wrong answers in net june 2015.
