Yes, Pay leave is nothing but earn leave.
Librarian post is a non- vacational teaching post, so librarian can't avail vacation.
Dear mam,
Thank you very much for your kind information.Let me know whether Librarian has the right to avail earn leave?
with regards,
A.Mala
you are right mam
you are working polytechnic . let u ask your principal and get leave don't ask this type of question as a private sector, we are all the same
As Librarian have vacation. this is depending upon the management decision. But not equal to teaching staff vacation.
as per KVS OR CBSE OR IN CENTRAL GOVT. LIBRARIAN COMES UNDER VOCATIONAL STAFF THEY HAVE ALL RIGHT TO HAVE ALL LEAVES AS PER PRT GRADE.
LIKE 8 CL , 20 EL AND DIWALI VACATION , SUMMER VACATION AND WINTER VACATION. BUT IN PRIVATE IT DEPENDS ON ORGANIZATION. THEY GENERALLY GIVE LEAVE ENCASHMENT.
SO SEE IN YOUR APPOINTMENT LETTER THAT WHETHER YOU COME UNDER VOCATIONAL OR NON VOCATIONAL STAFF, IF UNDER NON VOCATIONAL THEN YOU CAN HAVE 30 EL AND 11 CL BENEFITS.
Thank you very much for your valuable information .As per our institution ,(approved by AICTE) I can avail 10 EL and 12 CL but our Engineering college Librarian can avail 30 VL AND 12 CL.
With regards,
A.Mala
