Dear Srikant
According to my opinion A smart Library is that library that can fulfil the requirements of its users smartly(with use of ICT applications).This type of library is equipped with latest ICT instruments,and there is no boundry wall to access the library.It can be in the digital form,Print form as well as in Virtual form.
