Why LIS Links Member Put Their Own Name in the Name of the PhD Guide of the Profile Page?

I don't understand that in the  profile of  LISLINK at name of the PHD guide, all professional  give their name.  Why?

If the system had any problem then it should also be reflected in my profile page at

http://lislinks.com/profile/BadanBarman

But, I think its ok.
