How to setup elibrary for my college

Can anyone guide me with steps on how to setup an elibrary for my college. I work in a nursing college.

Download 'Open Digital Library OS' and install.  It contains latest version of Koha and DSpace software completely preconfigured.

Koha version: 23.05.02

DSpace version 7.6
