Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate from a recognized University /Institute with aggregate of 60% marks and Graduate or Post Graduate in Library/Information Science (with aggregate of 60% marks).
- Knowledge of use of personal computers and its applications.
- 2 years experience as per the requirement of the Section / Department.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in using the Linux operating system is preferred.
Job Profile: (Library)
- Analyzing scientific requirements, processing library books, journals, organizing library materials, managing e-resources, and new arrival displays.
- Managing new procurements, library user’s needs, maintaining software, hardware related to library, preparing library budget and reports.
- Updating and maintaining library pages, working on library modules, archiving newspaper clippings, program posters, handling annual verification.
- Organizing library committee meetings, preparing minutes
- Any other task assigned by the Center Director.
