Sorry for this informal approach! While going for approval of your post in the LIS Links, I came across certain gaps in your questionnaire. The most important is that you have not provided any space about Users' perceptions and I am almost sure, if your post is released, you will certainly face this important question from the members and they may prompt to devise your questionnaire afresh.
