What is selection process for empanelment of Vendors for Supply of Books, Journals, and Magazines?

Collect the details of the vendors such as Name, subjects and publishers which they can supply, their PAN/TIN no. Discount rate, etc by informing them our criteria such as discount rate of our Institute, payments, etc.

Then make the list and get it approved by the Library committee
