      My topic is 

UTILIZATION OF TRADITIONAL RESOURCES   AND E-RESOURCES IN HIGHER EDUCATION – A COMPARATIVE STUDY ON USER POINT OF VIEW

Its your PhD topic, so you have to start yourself in consultation with your guide. :-)
