Regarding e- Certificate without online

Dear All

please let me know how e- certificate can be taken by those candidates who applied offline mode. Should contact personally UGC or is there any other way to get it.

It will take another one month for e-certificate to the candidates applied offline.

they will send user id and password to the mobiles and in that the e-certificate is available.
