Request you to please share information regarding e-certificate june 2012 who applied offline Mode. Lots of professional waiting for their e-certificate but UGC is not ready to listen whereas December 2012 Result and Marklist have been declared.

me too waiting for e-crtfct. 'm also appld thrgh offline mode but didnt get my certfct.
