I hope this posting will be helpful to them only. However other people those who have access to the internet can also be benefited by this post.

1. Again most of the high paying keywords though pay high but the search traffic for such keywords are really small. So in reality you may not even receive a single click if you are designing a website on such keywords or phrase.
