- Good morning my dear friends
I need your help/suggesion/guidance. I am working in one off the reputed CBSE school as TGTย LIBRARIAN in Maharashtra. I have performed my all responsibility alloted by management/principal HM etc. Now all of sudden from this academic year (April 24) my status has been changed from academics to adminย department,which is totally unfair. I have shown them CBSE rules in which proves that our (librarians) status in school should be considered as teaching staff. But the management is saying they have right to change employee's status.ย
ย If anyone have any relevant documents of Maharashtra govt. Or teachers law which can proves that none of the school which is affiliated to CBSE would not be treated their employees by degrading him/her for no reason. They could notย
