Job Opportunities with Tata Consultancy Services Information Resource Centre (IRC)

TCS IRC invites applications for positions at Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Kochi and Hyderabad. These are regular positions and selected candidates should be prepared to work in these cities on a long-term basis. Remuneration and benefits are at par with the best in the industry.

Job Responsibilities:

The job involves assisting in the IRC operations. The responsibilities include handling the IRC services desk, attending to user queries, information services, transactional activities, conducting outreach activities such as floor-walks, book talks, technical processing, and other related activities. Skills in Industry, Company & Executive Profiling and Market Research will be an advantage.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Regular & full-time Master’s In Library & Information Science, or any equivalent degree
• Consistent academic records Class X onwards with minimum 50%
• 0-5 years of experience is preferred
• Age should not exceed 30 years
• Willingness to work in any center within the city with flexible timings
• Ability to work both independently and in a team to deliver results in a constantly changing environment
• Strong communication, info search, customer service skills
• Knowledge of MS Office, Windows, LMS is expected. HTML, SharePoint, and Web-page Management will be an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and upskill on the job
