Principal of the collegeĀ is theĀ chairperson of the library committeeĀ & chief of the library committee. LibrarianĀ performs asĀ a convener of the library comittee.

Dear bhoopathi it is depends on your library committie. If your organization head is principal then he/she is the chief other wise else one.
