Do someone have data on the number of Professionals in Library Science working in India !

Does anyone have data on the number of Professionals in Library Science working in India. How many are working in private sector other than education field. How many in schools and how many in colleges, Universities. I want the data for my PhD thesis. Where can I find this data, does anyone have any clue ?
