Click on forgot password____ then it will ask email id and date of birth, after that it generate a alternative Password, again have enter ur mail id and generated Numbers as password, the u will get a e certificate easily..

Your Password is first four character in capital letter of your first name and DOB.

i.e JYOTDDMMYYYY

however if problem arises then share here your e-mail ID and Date of Birth.
