           Please help me to know about the rules and regulations for CL/ PL and Saturday leave for a college librarian. Also share a copy of these rules of a constitutional body in India.

CL = According to State Govt Rules (Minimum 8)
PL (EL) = 30 days

In Assam Leave on 2nd & 4th  Sat
