hello sir

there is no provision in KVS to promote as TGT,PGT and Principal.

Only get their scale after complete 12 years of job.

What is the meaning of getting scale after 12 years????

A school librarian joins at a pay scale 0f Rs. 9300+4600. After that what happens in his entire service of 30-35 years.

Does it means that a school librarian who joins at 4600 GP gets three MACPs ( 4800, 5400, 5400) and retires as a school librarian only ?????

Any Case in court against this disparity or hope for justise????????????

some organisations of India do not provide that MACP too.

No, school librarian can not become vice principal or principal.

secondly, school librarian is the only post in school which doesnt have promotion. Actually school librarian working in Higher secondary school should be given with pay of PGT like physical Education teachers in Hr secondary school are given.  so, school librarians at all India level should try for this and even suggest for framing RR for promotion to the post of college librarian who fullfils qualification of the college librarian.  More over the grade pay of the school librarian is higher than assistant librarian of colleges so, it is all the way apt for the post of college librarian or atleast wightage for interview..... please have a discussion

In KVS librarian get only increments senior scale and selection grade that is grade pay 4800 and 5400 .getting selection grade have also many rules.there is no rules for pomotion of librarian in Vice-Principal or Principal. As librarian is not teaching faculty in KVS.it comes under  miscellaneous category.  this is the current suitation and policy.
