     The dynamic publishers  are going to prepare a directory, and the form given in your link is for the journal publishers to include them in the directory , please mention about any other directories

Dear Arun,

If u r interested in S& T journals, then u can get it from ICMR. They have prepared a directory of Indian S&T Journals. I have the CD. If U are looking for major S&T journals, then the appendix given at the end of the following article will help you in certain extent.
