Good morning madam. UGC not created any circular for Library books and staff ratio. but all Engineering college and Deemed university are followed by AICTE norms. please find attachment.

Respected sir,
AICTE handbook contains rules for library books, journals, E-journals, library space, etc all except required no of library staff.
