Accessioning of journals (Loose issues) in book accession register
Dear All Library Professionals,
If any Library maintain our serial control with accession number(accession register of books) of loose issues.how it is wright or wrong?
please suggest your views..

loose serials can not be accessioned . their back issues with complete volumes when bound together can be treated as book
