Librarians Status in CBSE School

Dear friends, I want to know whether Librarians comes under teaching staff or Non-teaching staff as per CBSE. Please clear my doubt.

Is there any evidence from CBSE or UGC to show school management that 'The librarian comes under the Teaching Staff? If you have it please attached in reply. So that it will be helpful those who are facing same problem like me.

I would like to say that somewhere librarian is treating as teaching staff but somewhere as non-teaching even mostly as non teachingย
