M.Phil Exempt for NET
Dear Professionals we enclosed a CORRIGENDUM of Uttrakhand Open University for the post of Assistant Professor. In this CORRIGENDUM university change the eligiblity crietaria for the said post.
Please suggeest is the crietaria changed ?

According to this Ad, the candidate should have M.Phil. plus Ph.D before Dec 09 or registered in Ph.D. before July 2009.
I think only M.Phil. are not exempted from NET.
