I would like to know more about should libraries callfor tenders? Actually that question is relevant. What is your point of view on this topic. In FPBAI there is no representative from govt.officials. As far as my knowledge is concerned, GOC is alive, but librarians have no active participation in it? You are right in the sense that nowadays our procurement policies are questioned? So we have to find out genuine reply.
