Dear S. Rathina Sabapathi,

The Govt. of India Library Association (GILA) at N. Delhi has been actively dealing with the matter of anomalies in respect of LIAs wich was in 44 nos. agenda item nos. in JCM meeting. The pariety of pay etc has been forwarded favorably from the Culture Ministry but now it is lying in the Finance Ministry only. If it is not approved we will have no option except going to Court. Lets see what happen. I hope that the genuine matter will be settled soon
