Hi Sir, Gud evening,Sir, i would like to publish one of my article entitles"Use of e-jouranls/periodicals & collection development: a case study of Central Library, Delhi University",which contains expenditure over print & e-resources and includes 15 tables and respected grapnsh which i preapared after questionnaire distribution among faculty, research scholar and students.Sir, This article i would like to publish in YLA, Kindly tell me the procedure for the same.
