    I am really very very sorry sir.
    I will not be able to meet you, even though you are in Guwahati. I will miss you a lot.. (Though you are in Guwahati, now I am leaving it to reach Barpeta). I have also a talk at the Academic Stafff College, Gauhati University on 21st March. I will gives much emphasis on my talk about developing Free SMS channel for educational purpose, and after my talk I hope every participants will be able to develop SMS Channel for education purpose in their respective institutions..
