It is my pleasure to rspond to your call. All professionals should percieve each other to be a friend. So, I am your friend.
As regards your above statement seeking difference between web resources and e-resoucres, I feel I am no expert in the area. However, as I percieve all e-resoucres are not web resoucres, and therefore can not be same in all respects, although web resoucres are e-resoucres. It is something like all minerals need not be ore.
So, it depends upon the context of comparison or reasons to seek differences that the the differences should be explored by comparison. I hope my stray thoughts will be of help to you.
