1. University Grants Commission (UGC) Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil / Ph.D Degree, Regulation, 2009.
2. Only Regular Teachers of the Universities or its Affiliated PG Colleges / Institutes can be a Research Supervisor for M.Phil.Ph.D. Degree.
3. No Exemption to M.Phil Holders from NET.
