Please read the Hindi version of paragraph. Here is it is clear written "vishva vidyalaya mein kuch nai vidyarathiyon ke liye sandarbhi karan ki samakch keval dar (Fear) per aadharit hoti hai".

Friends i convey your pardon, Out of 70 answer keys i have given here there are 16 keys are wrong other 54 Keys are right according to UGC Answer Keys.
