Please go for challenge answerย keys part iii question no 49.The answer given is 4.But it would be 1, according to my knowledge and LIS QUIZ website answer keys.

paper iii ย question 49 answer is 1 in answer key also. Answer key is correct

Is it necessary to register a work to claim copyright?

No. Acquisition of copyright is automatic and it does not require any formality. However, certificate of registration of copyright and the entries made therein serve asย prima facieย evidence in a court of law with reference to dispute relating to ownership of copyright.
