yes

what he said three steps is right but clucultion is wronng that is 15% (20 %)=3 or 4 this is not  right expalanation i think.

its just my guess...that 20% will clear minimum qualifying criteria and then after 15% of that 20% who r qualified will be declared as NET qualified means about 4% ...

but i also hope that my calculation is wrong coz i got 210 by answer keys published. if merit will be low then only i wl qualify

Dear

what is 20% where you have taken 20% let us clearly discuss about 15%  example: 1000 member s attempt the exam

in that 1000 members 500 members got just qualify marksin that 500 members ugc take 15% then the result is 75 members qualified net in that all are include (general, obcand sc/st)

You are 100% right

1000 members 500 members got just qualify marksin that 500 members ugc take 15% then the result is 75 members qualified net in that all are include (general, obcand sc/st)

as like ur guess is 500 members just qualify same i guess 20% means suppose 200 members out of 1000 just qualify then the result is 30 members will qualify in net in that all are include (general, obcand sc/st)

but i think best thing is let us know how many got qualified marks  in last exam so we can guess more clear

 yes

thank u sir, for your information.
thank u sir, for your information.

Step III:
Top 15% candidates (for each subject and category), from the merit list mentioned under step II, will be declared NET qualified for eligibility for lectureship only.

Dear friends it means top 15% of each category and each subjuct

Example, Library science

GEN top 15%

OBC top 15%

SC  top   15%

it does not mean the all categories will be merged and 15% will be taken, merit list will be prepared separately for each category.

is it exact information

lets hope for the best,  but when they will declare the final result any idea ??

All are wrong

15% will be taken from the total candidate appeared in each subject and each category provided that they have qualified the minimum eligibility criteria.

This means if in lib. sc. total candidate appeared is 100 and those who qualify the minimum eligibility criteria is 20, then top 15 candidate from the 20 will be selected for the net.
