Has anyone got the information about ugc net 2012. is ugc applied in supreme court. if yes wts the case no.??? or other information plz share it.

This is for your information that one of my friend filed RTI for issuing the certificate after the Nagpur bench judgement Now CIPO-UGC informed him that matter is in the court (they have not mentioned the name of court).

Petitioners from different states have gone to UGC, Delhi on 12th Jun demanding certifictes. NDTV has covered the news. Today also its being continued.

हर छह महीने में EXAM हो रहा है जून २०१२ का अभी तक परिणाम नहीं निकला मामले का समाधान नही हुआ तो UGC को जब तक समाधान न हो जाय अगला एग्जाम नहीं करना चाहिए क्या मै सही हु मित्रो ?

I think until the June, 2012 issue of UGC/NET is solved,
UGC should stop NET Examination temporarily.

I think UGC taking this issue as they want. They know they have to publish result of ugc net 2012. they only. They only challenging this case in high court ,division bench and last only one chance in their hand that is supreme court. Now we should have some patience. We surely get our NET JUNE 2012 certificate soon
