I am a research scholar working on Emotional Intelligence (EI) and Job Satisfaction (JS) among academic library professionals. The chosen topic is one of the attention-seeking topics in today's changing environment. We, library professionals, are exposed to various workspace changes, which is inevitable. This study focuses majorly on the balance of emotions and the work satisfaction of the employees in this transitional world. In association with this study, I am gathering data to analyze my objectives.
