Suggestion for Ph.D. or M.Phil. in Library and Information Science

I want to do Ph.D. or M.Phil. in library and information science in distance mode. I have given NET exam but result is awaited. So, please guide me to any university near Delhi.

Shazia Khan wish u all the best for NET exam result.

As per new UGC Norms, Ph.D or M.Phil in distance mode not valid for further details logon www.ugc.ac.in and read carefully.

My opinion is first clear UGC-NET with JRF than u will get regular seat in any Institution with stipend, so work hard to get NET-JRFย

Sir as per my knowledge there is no option for MPhil/PhD in Library and information Science in both session of IGNOU seen in both advertises

I think Mr sanjay there is some mistake becoz i alredy talked to Mr jaideep the person who is involved in phd programme in lis from ignou. The notification is yet to be declared in the nov or dec 2013.
