From UGCย  site for the 30 dec net qualifying criteria.Is it 33%for general ?

Where was UGC in June 2012.......many of he hardworking candidates were exploited by the court orders........LEKIN DER AYE DURUST AYE....but it gave a big shock for the candidates who scored much better than so called criteria qualified candidates.......
