hello sir,

sir i want to know one think that the person who god P.hd., Comon wealth scholarship and full bright scholarship, he is on stag of professor but he has 3rd class in 10th , 12th and UG and PG how they can improve their resume, in this time UGC follow Good Academic Record, so they are not qualified they survive only in private sectors. pls suggest how they can improve? please see on page no. 43
