School Library Book Lost

Sir/Ma'am,

                    Kindly let me know that is their any rule that what percentage or numbers of books lost per thousand from a school library be waived of.

Dear Shri Sharma,

According to Financial Rules of Central Govt. 03/1000 books consulted/issued per year and that too if the loss resulted out of NO RELUCTANCE of any individual in the Library.
