Relaxation in Upper Age in Recruitment for the Teaching Post

Relaxation in upper age limit will be as under:

(h) Upto a maximum of 10 years in the case of women candidates for teaching posts only.

Is this applicable for librarian post in kvs also?

To my knowledge it is only for teaching posts.
