Is there any Experience Needed for Applying PhD in Part Time?

Firstly, even you choose to do PhD in part time, you should undergo course work of not less than six month in regular mode. Secondly, no experience is needed for PhD.

Madam,
You can done part time PhD from any university that provide PhD in Library and Information Science.
