Hello there... 

                   good morning! 

 you may opt one of following Universities for PGDLAN :

1. IGNOU, New Delhi

2. UOH, Hyderabad...

Both are effectively efficient. PGDLAN is somehow professionally growth oriented if did with all cautiousness required. meanwhile you may also think about PGDCA.

thanks for your reply. yes i am thinking for PGDCA too in my plan of this year. i will do either PGDLAN or PGDCA
