It's very disgusting. Shame on the govt. policies. It is not in favor of anyone, neither in Library professionals, nor teachers, but very dangerous for the students.
It is same as if say doctors to make a bridge or to a Engineer to operate a bypass.
This is an example of how politicians have been planning for our nation for last 65 years.
