Dear friend,
you have to make a bank draft for the course fee of your respective course you want to do along with the accomodation charges. Make a download of application form niscair website, filled it up, and attach it with your bank draft and send it to niscair via post to given address mentioned in their website. Pls mention your email id properly as they will confirm your candidature via your mail id. They will provide you a good taining session (theoritical and practical), lunch, tea and a good ac accomodation in twin sharing basis in CSIR'r scientist apartment in new delhi. Last week i was there to attend one of their short training course and found everything is fine.. So go ahed and enjoy a good training ..
