yes i think this is a gud idea being a freshers in this profession we the freshers need a training atleast 4 a month 2 get a permanent job n 4 a permanent job der is always a demand of experince minimum of 1 to 2 yrs.so to get a contact with the library its difficult 4 the frshers 2  get the training after thier course.and mostly the library trainee vancancy post are not published.

Dear Munesh i dnt thnk it  wil b useful s lis link is used mainly by the library professionals only whereas if we hv such section den da initiative shud b taken by librarian  who r member of lis can browse da resume n can contact da rite person if dey hv some vacancy in der respected library ..

mr satheesh kumar ks you should not use this type of language to any library professionals
Mr. Munesh Kumar just expressed his idea & put up for discussion
any fresher can express his/her idea
if you want to express your opinion you can do it but he/she is also free to post his idea

...this is  last post in the series of post. Being a conveyer of this post, it is my duty to give final touch. I saw and have gone through the all post here...., perhaps you are also have done the same. ...One thing I want to say...., how people shows their thinking..., some people have used the very lower level of tongue here... Some people are there who talks  totally different point of  view and had given their quality of professional attitude..... with this attitude they are in  library and Information Science profession...I don't know how are able to run this pious organization... .  . I don't want write name here but you can get them... by going all posts.

Some are really has right of  "Thank You", I says Thanks to them.

"Conventional and traditional, procedure based answer or views are appeared only".

Dear munesh you have raised a very valuable idea for a new professional,who have no much idea about how to and where to apply his/her resume for the any training programm so there is need to a place where they post. Library where post of training require they browse resume for applicable candidates.As per as my concern after 10-15 years our profession in the stage of blink of distruction by the means of IT (MCA,MBA ITTen) students gives us challenging compatition if we have to sustain library pofessional in the field of library science we have to change with pace. One thing i also want to mentaion here we have to impliment our lis course material and adopt new things which is relevent to present perspective.
On the other hand munesh you don,t warry about who use a miscunduct behavious bcz if we start or doing something new there is some people who criticise.
