Selecting/implementing a software in library is one of the most critical phase of library development. If you are fail in this phase, or your selection is not futuristic then you may face unlimited problem related to software such as; finance, features, customization etc. You will get language preference in almost all the software, commercial or free, but as per the current global scenario, you should choose Koha, which is the most preferable software as mentioned at various sources. You will get language preference as per your choice in Urdu. I would suggests that you can contact any software firm who provides technical assistance in implementation of Koha in India. They charge annually for providing you maintenance and assistance. www.openlx.com is good one as per my experience.
