Koha Mail Configuration

Dear Friends,
If any body using koha Please help me to solve this problem

when i try to configure mail, i got this messege

unable to locate Koha configuration file koha-conf.xml at /usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Context.pm line 345

Dear Apurba,

I have checked in that it is their in the folder  or file but still am getting same problem.
