sir koha kya hum apne desktop me install kar use kar sakte hai

Dear Atar,

Yes you can install Koha-3.14.03 at your Desktop but you must have Ubuntu. First install Ubuntu OS and then run the script to install Koha. Ensure that while installing Koha, you are connected with internet.

Dear Tripathi ji,

 

You are doing excellent service to the library community by giving free training on Open Source Software 'KOHA'. Otherwise most of the people in this profession are busy in organising conferences and publishing journals which are of no much of use for the professionals because the papers in these conferences and journals are merely prepared through cut/paste and copying techniques.

 

My best wishes to you in this endeavour.

Dear Tripathiji

You have given a wonderful solution for me. I have tried  to install Koha using documentation provided by kohacommunity.org but half of the way it was  success.

Today I have successfully installed in my laptop using your solution method Thank you once more.

Regarding perl modules  Data paginaion HTPD::Bench Apachebench not installed and Archive:: Extract and Test::WWW::Mechanize are to be upgraded.

Please give me your suggestion

Dear Sir,

Just run the following command at command prompt

cpan Data::Pagination

cpan HTPD::Bench

cpan Archive::Extract

cpan Test::WWW::Mechanize

It will upgrade the perl modules

And try, your opac must run
