It is an online software and the libraries those who don't have internet facility cann't use this software. If any body have information about offline software pls inform me.

if ur college come under purly govt college and u have comp. and internet facility in col library then u can freely access from NIC, Delhi by mail and they will give CD of software with Cloud service
